- Provide product recommendations to customer and conduct trials, product Troubleshoot at customers place.
- Maintain track of competitor’s product process and their market status.
- Marketing calls to targeted customers who really need the company’s products/ services explain about the features, benefits etc. and convert them as a customer.
- Solving customer technical queries regarding various products keeping in loop all the technical departments and sending preliminary samples for examination.
- Need to satisfy the customer by solving their issues related to the product after discussing with the technical team.
- Initiate and monitor field tests at customers end to support new products development.
- Finding out new technological improvements that can be made to improve customer satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback regularly from respective representative of customer.
- Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability

- 3 to 5 year of experience in R&D or Production or Pharmaceutical Excipients Techno Marketing.
- Proficiency in communication on Phone calls and Emails.
- Handling technical team of 2-3 members.
- Daily Communication with customers, Team via Phone or Mails

- Provide technical support to technical department and customers.
- Knowledge of software like CRM and Monitor CRM entry for project, sample request as well as complaints according to the requirement of our marketing executives as well as our customers.
- Provide responses related technical queries on time to customers for our products.
- Coordinate and communicate technical requirements like new development project, sample request as well as customer complaints regarding our products with our marketing executive team and customers as per their report on daily basis.
- Understand and be able to explain customer for any trouble shooting compliance requirements.
- Communicate with customers for the approval of sample requirement & technical support.
- Resolve complaint by continues follow up with customer up to satisfaction level.

- Approve tour plan monthly basis for marketing team at head office for discussion of project, sample and complaints running in their territory.
- Analysis of marketing team reports.
- Do technical visit to key customers for new project development as well as trouble shooting.

- Excellent Knowledge of Formulation and Development as well as Scale up
- Knowledge of Excipients & API
- Document knowledge of LNB/BMR/MFR/PDR and preparation product application sheet/guidelines
- Excellent in literature search.
- Co-ordination & knowledge of QC.
- Leading R and D lab Team of 07-10 members.
- Provide technical support to technical department and customers by phone & email.

- Perform trials for evaluation of new or existing range of products.
- Maintain and keep up to date records for day to day formulation trials and other related documents.

- Develop new project in R and D lab as per customer requirement and send the finished formulation sample as well as process sheet for approval.
- Be responsible for small R and D scale trial batch as well as commercial joint trials at customer end for better understanding of product.

Job Description
- To check sample request through CRM and provide details to plant
- Coordinate with plant to arrange samples at Head office.
- Arrange dispatch of samples to customers.
- Prepare sample dispatch documents. (Invoice, covering letters)
- Coordinate with Courier agencies for sample pick-up and dispatch
- Coordinate with customers for sample receipt confirmation
- Maintain sample stock register, pending samples list and other details.
